Job Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound travel inquiries from clients based in the United Kingdom. Key responsibilities include understanding client travel requirements, creating customized itineraries, and converting high-intent leads into successful flight and holiday bookings. You will work within an international voice process environment, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in UK Travel Sales or international flight bookings.
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional verbal delivery.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
