Job Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will manage the entire design lifecycle, which includes conducting detailed user research, mapping user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes. The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams to translate complex requirements into clean designs while maintaining and expanding internal design systems to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Create user-centric UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI consistency
- Perform usability testing and incorporate user feedback
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practicesRequired Skills and Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory
