Job Role Overview
The Network Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network performance to ensure minimal downtime. You will troubleshoot network connectivity issues, support infrastructure operations, and assist senior engineers in configuring and managing vital network devices. Additional duties include escalating and coordinating incident resolutions as required while ensuring strict adherence to company operational and security standards.
Key Skills Required - Basic knowledge of Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Clear understanding of Routing and Switching
- Foundation in LAN/WAN technologies
- Familiarity with Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Firewalls and Network Security
- Knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals is an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesEligibility - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
