As an HR Operations cum TA Executive, you will drive talent acquisition efforts and coordinate internal human resource functions. Your primary focus involves running full-lifecycle recruitment setups from finding the right resumes to final onboarding steps. Additionally, you will build data reporting integrity by updating HRMS records, handling attendance inputs, and answering internal employee queries.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening profiles, and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct structured onboarding programs and company induction processes for new employees.
- Track and organize employee documentation within administrative HRMS portals.
- Provide routine transactional support for time tracking, leave balances, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Assist with general employee relations, operational query resolution, and exit procedures.Eligibility - Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
