The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of HR operations within the manufacturing unit. Primary duties include the precise management of payroll systems and ensuring total compliance with statutory requirements such as ESI and PF. You will maintain organized employee records, coordinate daily administrative tasks, and serve as a bridge between management and the workforce to ensure smooth industrial operations.
Eligibility - Educational Background: MBA or BBA specializing in Human Resources.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR roles.
- Essential Skills: Strong expertise in Payroll processing, ESI, and PF administration.
