Job Role Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you will join the voice process team managing customer queries and concerns for a prominent e-commerce platform. Your day-to-day duties involve providing exceptional support in both English and Hindi, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining the high-quality service standards expected by the brand. The position operates on a 9-hour shift schedule within a rotational 24x7 window, featuring a 6-day work week with one rotational day off.
Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: Both Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply
- Experience Levels: Freshers are encouraged to apply; experienced professionals require a minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment
- Language Abilities: Strong reading and writing skills in English combined with excellent spoken communication skills in Hindi
- Technical Competencies: Basic typing capabilities and computer operational knowledge
- Mandatory System Setup: A laptop or desktop computer equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor (13th Generation or newer preferred), Windows 11 operating system, minimum 8 GB RAM, and a high-speed stable internet connection of 30 Mbps or above
