As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as the backbone of global operations by delivering Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware failures, software bugs, and network bottlenecks. You will also use remote desktop applications to guide end-users through real-time solutions to maximize system uptime.

Eligibility - Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

  • Must be an immediate joiner and currently not employed.
  • Solid grasp of networking basics, including IP networking and LAN/WAN concepts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
