Job Role Overview
As an Insurance Operations Associate, you will be responsible for processing life insurance and retirement transactions according to standard operating procedures and compliance benchmarks. Your daily tasks will include managing transaction volumes to meet service level agreements, communicating with international clients or end-customers via voice support when needed, and maintaining accurate process documentation. You will also play a key role in identifying operational gaps and suggesting improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Eligibility - 1 to 8 years of experience specifically in Insurance Operations.
- Mandatory experience in an international process.
- Direct expertise in Life Insurance, Pensions, Annuities, or Retirement Operations.
- Strong understanding of Policy Servicing and Claims processes.
- Excellent English communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good typing speed.
