Job Role Overview

As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will manage end-to-end technical incidents via email and voice using ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow. Your primary focus is troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems, Office 365, VPN, and collaboration tools. You will also provide critical support for desktops, laptops, networking peripherals, and IP telephony systems to ensure seamless global operations.

Eligibility - 3 or more years of experience in IT Service Desk or Application Support

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in Windows/macOS, Office 365, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
