As an HR Manager, you will serve as the backbone of the organization, responsible for shaping careers and driving productivity. You will lead HR operations, manage performance systems like OKRs and KPIs, and oversee a workforce of over 150 employees. Your focus will be on data-driven decision-making, optimizing billable hours, and ensuring a sustainable, disciplined work environment that aligns with the company's long-term vision.
Eligibility - At least 10 years of HR experience specifically within the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record as an HR Manager handling 150+ employees.
- Deep expertise in performance management (OKRs, KPIs, and KRAs).
- Hands-on experience using the KEKA platform.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR analytics.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
