Job Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them through a combination of chat and voice interactions. Your main responsibility is to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of communication. You will handle a 9-hour shift in a 6-day work week, ensuring customers receive timely support for their needs.

Eligibility - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Email and Voice processes

  • Excellent communication skills (V5 level)
  • Must have a personal laptop (i5 or Ryzen processor) with 8GB RAM and Windows 10
  • Functional headset and stable Wi-Fi connection
  • E-Aadhaar is mandatory for the hiring process
