Job Role Overview
You will be responsible for the health and performance of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Your daily tasks include troubleshooting mail flow, managing user licenses, resolving connectivity issues, and using PowerShell for automation to ensure seamless service delivery.
Eligibility - Experience with O365, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-Premises
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Hybrid environments
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SMTP/IMAP protocols
- Strong oral and written communication skills
