As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues through the support portal and maintaining essential office hardware like desktops and laptops. Your daily tasks include managing domain access, ensuring endpoint security through antivirus and EDR compliance, and configuring VPN clients. You will also oversee IT asset inventory and handle patch management cycles to ensure a seamless and secure technical environment for the team.
Eligibility - 3 to 5 years of professional experience in IT Support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Familiarity with domain user management and access rights.
- Preferred knowledge of Linux, Mac, and open-source tools.
