Job Role Overview



The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB). You will also develop and implement company policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in compliance with UAE regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing visa processes and ensuring smooth daily administrative operations using Zoho and MS Office.



Eligibility - At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar HR/Admin role within the UAE

- Proficiency in Zoho and MS Office, with strong Excel skills

- Solid understanding of UAE Labor Laws and visa procedures

- Proven ability to build company policies and standard operating procedures

- Hands-on experience in payroll management
