Job Role Overview

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will move beyond simple recruitment to drive overall hiring strategy and influence business impact. You will own the development of cost-efficient sourcing strategies, manage multi-vendor ecosystems, and partner with leadership to forecast needs. Your focus will be on maintaining a quality-over-volume mindset while ensuring the agility required for startup growth.


Eligibility - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Mandatory experience in both Agency and Startup/GCC environments
  • Proven ability to handle both high-volume and niche hiring
  • Strong understanding of hiring ROI, margins, and billability
