Job Role Overview
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will independently manage the end-to-end sourcing and coordination process for diverse roles. Key tasks include identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, submitting qualified profiles for client review, and managing interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Eligibility - Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting is essential.
- Strong skills in using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks for sourcing.
- Excellent communication and candidate management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a self-motivated, commission-only setup.
