About the Role
The Customer Success Executive (Italian & German
Language Expert) role is an integral part of our international operations.
As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play a key role in
maintaining excellent relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and
providing language-specific support.
In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with
customers primarily in Italian or German, depending on your area of expertise.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries,
resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that all interactions reflect
professionalism and empathy. You will act as a cultural and linguistic bridge
between the company and its clients, helping ensure seamless communication and
a positive experience.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
