About the Role
We’re currently hiring for two positions: Ruby on Rails
Developer (3–5 years of experience) and Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (5–6
years of experience). These are full-time roles based in Indore, with
flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.
For RoR Developer (3–5 Years):
As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll be working on the
development and maintenance of scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrated
solutions. You’ll be collaborating with frontend developers, designers, and QA
engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Writing
clean, maintainable, and testable Ruby code.
- Building
APIs to support web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborating
with the product and design teams to implement intuitive features.
- Ensuring
data security and scalability of backend systems.
- Debugging
and resolving technical issues.
- Participating
in sprint planning and code reviews.
Familiarity with ReactJS or Vue.js will be a huge plus, as
